We are looking for motivated and committed Class A CDL Truck Drivers (Experienced) that align with WVEI’s goals of providing optimum customer service, with safety as the highest priority. This is a safety-sensitive position. As a WVEI Class A CDL Truck Driver (Experienced) you will work at our Oklahoma City, OK location driving Class A vehicles while pulling a flatbed trailer. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL Driver’s License
MVR with no major moving violations or excessive points
No DWI/DUI in last 10 years
2+ years driving experience Required with Flatbed experience preferred.
Nationwide Criminal Background check required.
Drug Screening Required
Ability to travel and be out overnight (Per diem Paid)
Ability to read, write, and speak well in English.
Push, Pull, Kneel, Bend, Lift, Squat up to 100 lbs. or more.
25+ years of age
No more than 1 moving violation
Able to pass a 2 year DOT physical

Nice To Haves

Flatbed experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Comply with all FMCSA DOT REGULATIONS and in-house rules.
Conduct daily pre trip and post trip inspections of the vehicle and report any problems or damage to management as per FMCSA Regulation Part 396
Able to identify OOS issues on Trailers, Trucks, and Heavy Equipment
Responsible for flatbed Cargo Securement, Strapping and securing the loads.
Initiative-taking and have a strong work ethic.
Walk on uneven surfaces
Lift up to 100 pounds
