About The Position

Start your CDL-A driving career through a paid over-the-road training program designed for new drivers. You will work with an experienced mentor and gain practical driving experience before transitioning to a solo position. During the mentor phase, drivers operate over-the-road routes while learning trip planning, safety procedures, and daily freight operations. Requirements

• CDL-A from an accredited driving school with at least 120 hours of training
• Minimum age requirement of 21 years
• No DUI convictions within the past 5 years
• Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations in the last 3 years
• Ability to pass both hair and urine drug testing
• Consistent employment record with limited gaps
