About The Position
Kick off your career as a Class A driver with a paid training program that guides you step by step on the road. Partner with a seasoned mentor and gain hands-on experience before driving solo. During training, mentors guide drivers through over-the-road trips, focusing on safe driving, route planning, and real-world freight handling. By program completion, trainees are fully prepared for independent driving.
Requirements
- CDL-A license from an accredited driving school (minimum 120 hours).
- At least 21 years of age.
- No DUI convictions in the past 5 years.
- Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Must successfully complete hair and urine drug tests.
- Steady work history with limited employment gaps.
Responsibilities
- Handle 100% no-touch freight with roughly half as drop & hook loads.
- Maintain consistent weekly miles of 1,600–2,200.
