About The Position

This job offers various trucking career options including Over-The-Road (OTR), Dedicated, and Local routes, designed to accommodate different lifestyles and family needs. New drivers without a CDL are welcome, with training costs covered. The company emphasizes high earning potential through competitive CPMs, big bonuses, and opportunities for increased miles. Drivers can choose to drive solo OTR, join a team for accelerated pay, or participate in a Lease Purchase program to run their own mini business. There is also a Driver Mentor program with incentives for experienced drivers to train new ones. New drivers typically start in the OTR division and must log 20,000 safe miles before switching to other lanes. Experienced drivers are also welcome.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Run the most miles and maximize pay driving over-the-road (OTR)
  • Drive dedicated routes to get home weekly with steady miles and pay
  • Drive local routes for daily home time, predictable pay, and shift options
  • Log 20,000 safe miles (for new drivers before switching lanes)
  • Drive solo OTR to earn steady pay with complete freedom
  • Drive as part of a team to accelerate pay potential and increase miles
  • Participate in the Lease Purchase program to run your own mini business
  • Mentor new drivers and help them develop safety-conscious habits from the beginning
