The Claims Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the needs of all ePremium claims functions including reviewing and processing inbound claims. This role provides an important service to our customers as they manage through the claims process. Individuals in this role will receive phone calls or emails regarding new or existing claims and will work with the claimant, our system, and carriers to process new claims or conduct research on existing claims. They will complete tasks in a claims workflow to aid in the communication process between our agency and the insurance carrier. The role forms part of a small team which supports several key business areas including Account Management and Customer Services. The successful candidate will have the ability to grow within the role and exercise a degree of autonomy as experience in our industry increases.
