Overview The Gallagher National Risk Control Team is now the Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting Team. This new team is equipped with experts, processes and solutions to help you meet the evolving nature of risk. As risk evolves, so has Gallagher with tools and programs to help you proactively meet these challenges now and in the future. Gallagher's Claims and Risk Consulting team includes more than 100 safety and risk control professionals across the country with in-depth knowledge of current and emerging regulations, safety and health management, and operational exposures. The position is full-time remote. How you'll make an impact In this role, you'll handle lower-exposure claims with precision and care, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. You'll investigate losses to determine the cause, scope, and extent of damages or liability, while identifying opportunities for subrogation. By evaluating claims, setting reserves, and making appropriate payments, you'll help achieve fair and timely claim resolutions that align with client expectations. You'll also collaborate with clients, claimants, vendors, and internal teams to gather necessary information and drive the claims process forward. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships will create a high level of satisfaction for our clients. Additionally, you'll document all activities to support claim outcomes and provide insights during claims reviews and presentations.
