Our Claims Recovery team is a pivotal part in securing funds owed to the company and its customers by navigating subrogation processes with adverse carriers, uninsured parties, and liable organizations. The role demands a deep reservoir of knowledge, sharp investigative and negotiation skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring compliance with state legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of US claims subrogation and litigation , which typically comes with your 8+ years of claims experience and 6+ years of litigation experience .
  • Significant experience partnering with outside counsel before, during, and after court proceedings.
  • Proficient with subrogation processes and procedures.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive within an ever-evolving environment.
  • Sharp analytical skills to navigate complex data.
  • Disciplined focus on execution, accuracy, and follow‑through with a sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organizationa l and time management talents.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee litigated files , collaborate with outside counsel, and leverage advanced legal knowledge to maximize recovery and manage exposures.
  • Support leadership by performing quality audits and process improvements across subrogation lines.
  • Develop and present materials to enhance team communication and performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, ensuring compliance and strong relationships.
  • Audit vendor activities , including all stages of subrogation claims, arbitration, and filings.
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify and implement operational efficiency opportunities.
