Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Has experience in the insurance or financial services industry, ideally in automotive or casualty lines

Responsibilities

  • Answer at least 40 inbound calls per day from technicians, customers, and dealer partners
  • Gather all necessary information regarding part numbers, pricing, and repair details to accurately adjudicate claims
  • Use critical thinking skills to determine the validity of warranty claims
  • Provide exceptional service to contract holders and dealer partners
  • Navigate and use our administration system to access customer and claim information
  • Respond to and resolve claims in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
  • Place outbound calls to gather additional information as needed
  • Fax or mail letters to customers and dealerships requesting documentation
  • Stay up to date on innovations in aftermarket products and warranties
  • Maintain pace and accuracy in a fast‑changing, growing environment
