Manage the daily operations for billing, collecting and/or counseling functions. Assist with developing goals, standards, and objectives that directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives. Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and initiatives. Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
