About The Position

Risk Services of Louisianna , a Leavitt Group affiliate, is seeking an experienced and driven Claims Leader to join their team. As the Claims Leader, you will oversee multi-state Property & Casualty and Workers’ Compensation claims while leading and developing a high-performing claims advocacy team. You’ll combine hands-on claims expertise with strategic leadership to deliver organized, client-focused service that supports retention, strengthens carrier relationships, and enhances agency performance. This role goes beyond claims handling — it’s an opportunity to build and scale a high-impact claims advocacy platform that supports clients, producers, and long-term agency growth. Requirements

• 6+ years of insurance experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong background in P&C and Workers’ Compensation claims
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of coverages, carrier processes, and claims procedures
• Active Property & Casualty license (required)

• Industry designations (CIC, CRM, CPCU) preferred or willingness to pursue

• Identify trends and recommend proactive risk management strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while delivering measurable value through organized, proactive claims management.
