The Claims Coordinator is responsible for performing various administrative tasks of the Post-Sale Claims Team. As the Claims Coordinator, your responsibilities will include managing transfer of files from the Presale Team, triaging files to verify completion of critical steps from the Presale Team, and assigning pending tasks to the Claims Processor ensuring workload balance on the team.
