Reports directly to the Claims Team Lead and responsible for receiving all claims. Compiles all claims documents for the preparation of monthly report. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Receives all claims through mails or hand deliveries and ensure completeness. Opens, sorts, date stamps, batches and scans claims. Creates and maintains files and filing system. Inputs manual claims into the claims system. Issues, replenishes, and controls the department’s office supplies. Distributes claims for each assigned processor. Photocopies and faxes information. Accesses database to search for relevant and valuable information needed to facilitate claims. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
