We're now looking for a Claims Administrator to join our team in the US and help ensure customers receive the support they need, exactly when they need it. As a Claims Administrator, you’ll be the key point of contact between our customers and our service partners, ensuring extended warranty claims are handled quickly, accurately, and with empathy. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by managing the full lifecycle of claims—from initial review through to resolution—while ensuring compliance with warranty policies. Requirements

• Experience as a claims adjuster or similar role.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare well‑defined and accurate warranty repair orders in line with policy and procedure.
• Enter all required administrative data for each claim with precision.
• Review claim history to avoid duplicates or repeat repair submissions.
• Collaborate directly with customers and service dealers to coordinate repairs, authorizations, reimbursements, and next steps.
• Escalate cases requiring additional review, authorization, or special assistance.
• Communicate any changes or adjustments during the claims process to service dealers and internal management.
• Process, track, and resolve returned, rejected, or adjusted claims through to final outcome.
• Meet and maintain KPI expectations to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery.
• Provide occasional backup support to our Contact Center teams across general warranty inquiries, claims, credits, sales, and product registration.
