Job SummaryThe Claims Adjuster Trainee position in the Claims Department is designed to provide a foundational understanding of both first-party and third-party insurance claims handling. The role focuses on developing essential skills for advancing within Safety’s adjusting career paths. Responsibilities include managing customer service interactions with insured individuals, third parties, and agents, beginning with the initial claim filing and extending through to the claim’s final resolution.
