You’ll work independently, using your expertise to evaluate, investigate, and settle claims while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Requirements

High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience required.
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled or able to obtain the licenses/certification per local requirements.
Posess Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
Experience with related claims and business software.
Critical thinker
Skilled at analyzing complex issues, negotiating settlements, and communicating effectively
Ready to embrace new challenges and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

Investigate coverage, assess liability, and determine damages.
Interact with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders, presenting clear action plans and ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.
Set appropriate reserves and make sound decisions which will be key to resolving claims effectively.
