Auto Injury is a customer-facing segment handling bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured claims along with property damage claims involving injuries. The Injury segment is on the cutting edge with the use of analytics to support claim employees in developing enhanced skillsets to support and protect our policyholders. Claims will be tiered within Injury based upon their claim characteristics, complexity, and severity. This could range from non-attorney represented bodily injuries, up to attorney represented and/or litigation claims. Helping people recover from the unexpected can be one of the most rewarding aspects of the Injury claims position. We empower our claim handlers to take ownership of the customer experience, demonstrate learning agility, apply their knowledge, and lead through the eyes of our customers. This is a hybrid position which allows you to spend some of your time working from home as well as some time working collaboratively in-office. During the job training period you may have a higher percentage of time spent in-office to support your learning experience.
