The opportunity We currently have an opportunity for a Claim Assistant to join our Specialty Claims Operations team based in our Canton, MA office on a hybrid schedule. This position provides general administrative, and/or customer service and phone support to the Claims department.
Requirements
- High school diploma with demonstrated experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort in navigating multiple systems preferred.
- 0-3 Years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Completes data entry and initial file setup for new claims.
- Prepares and processes claim and expense payments.
- Handles various administrative tasks.
- Interacts with customers to obtain loss information as well as respond to customer inquiries.
