DirectHire SENIOR ESTIMATOR – UNDERGROUND UTILITIES/ Concrete Denton / North Dallas / North Texas We have ( 3) openings for UTILITY - CONCRETE ESTIMATORS 1 - Sr Level Role - 10+ Yrs in Commercial Utility & Concrete Estimation 2 - Estimating - 2+ yrs in Commercial Utility & concrete Estimating If you’re a powerhouse Underground Utilities Estimator with heavy experience in concrete and you’re looking for a team with real culture, real leadership opportunity, and a chance to grow into senior leadership — this is your role. Key Responsibilities : Lead estimating for water, sewer, storm drain, dry utilities, civil infrastructure Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis Review plans, specs, geotechnical reports, and bid documents Solicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and supplier quotes Identify risks, constructability issues, and cost-saving methods Develop complete bid proposals, scopes, and clarifications Collaborate with PMs and field operations Mentor junior estimators and help elevate the department Qualifications : 10+ years underground utilities or heavy civil estimating experience Strong expertise in water/wastewater/storm drain systems Skilled in HeavyBid, B2W, HCSS, or similar software Advanced Excel and strong communication & leadership skills Compensation: Salary: $150K + benefits SIGN ON OR RELOCATION BONUS up to $20K DOE Amazing team culture + real growth path Apply Today: Building Team Solutions www.btsjobs.com | 512-258-5336 Qualifications 10+ Yrs exp for Sr Estimating role/ 2+ yrs for Estimator
Requirements
- 10+ years underground utilities or heavy civil estimating experience
- Strong expertise in water/wastewater/storm drain systems
- Skilled in HeavyBid, B2W, HCSS, or similar software
- Advanced Excel and strong communication & leadership skills
- 10+ Yrs exp for Sr Estimating role/ 2+ yrs for Estimator
Responsibilities
