About The Position

Requirements

• 10+ years underground utilities or heavy civil estimating experience
• Strong expertise in water/wastewater/storm drain systems
• Skilled in HeavyBid, B2W, HCSS, or similar software
• Advanced Excel and strong communication & leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating for water, sewer, storm drain, dry utilities, civil infrastructure
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• Review plans, specs, geotechnical reports, and bid documents
• Solicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Identify risks, constructability issues, and cost-saving methods
• Develop complete bid proposals, scopes, and clarifications
• Collaborate with PMs and field operations
• Mentor junior estimators and help elevate the department
