This position provides administrative and technical support working closely with the front-end staff to ensure timely response and monitoring of reports. This role will primarily provide daily customer service support by answering phone calls, managing the main inbox, recording messages with the use of tracker logs, updating case files, managing case files, and providing technical support as needed for live Title IX hearings. The position manages the Executive Director’s calendar and provides case management and outreach/scheduling assistance to the Deputy Coordinators, with consideration for priority of appointments. This position will enhance constituent experience, interactions, and efficiency in compliance with university policies, as well as federal, state, and local laws. This position is vital to providing exemplary customer service to constituents contacting the office, submitting reports and/or complaints, scheduling and maintaining records. This position provides critical in person presence and is the primary responder to office inquiries. This is a 100% in office position with no hybrid/remote options.
