Civil Project Superintendent

Flare Construction, LLCMurray, UT
7dOnsite

About The Position

We're looking for a Civil Project Superintendent to take full onsite ownership of a single civil construction project. You'll be on the job site every day — directing Foremen and crews, managing production and quality, enforcing safety standards, and serving as the go-to leader on the ground. This is a focused execution role for someone who thrives at the project level and knows how to deliver. Civil construction, including grading and earthwork, site development, right-of-way work, reclamation, and restoration, requires strict adherence to OSHA, environmental permit conditions, and company safety standards. Flare Construction's Civil Division is a key player in heavy civil construction and right-of-way work across the western U.S. We specialize in civil earthwork, utility construction, and energy infrastructure projects that power communities and connect industries — delivering excellence through safety, quality, and integrity on every job. Established in 1976 and now a Quanta Services company, Flare brings the stability and resources of a Fortune 500 enterprise with the culture and agility of a specialized field contractor. You'll work on meaningful infrastructure projects with a team that takes pride in the craftsmanship and long-term career development we offer.
