About The Position

MacKay Sposito is seeking a full time Civil Project Engineer to join our Land Development team. Project experience in land development, including street, water and sewer system design, road plan and profiles, as well as storm drainage design is preferred. Requirements

  • Registered PE in the states of Washington and/or Oregon
  • 3 years of experience in residential land development and/or road and utility design
  • Experience in stormwater and sanitary sewer design, grading plans, and site development in Western Washington
  • Experience mentoring engineers and design technicians
  • Previous experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D required

Responsibilities

  • Plan, provide design guidance, and manage technical delivery of a variety of civil engineering projects, primarily focused in Residential Land Development
  • Communicate with clients regarding current projects and collaborate with project managers and our business development team to identify and position the firm to successfully win future work.
  • Effectively direct and support technical staff to deliver projects.
  • Assist project managers to prepare and manage project scope, budget, and schedule and prepare deliverables.
  • Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships.
