What You'll Do: Work on land development and site/civil engineering projects from concept through construction. Design site grading, roadway geometry, potable water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, and related civil components. Prepare plans, reports, and calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software. Manage project tasks, schedules, and deliverables to support successful project execution. Coordinate permitting and entitlements with local and state agencies. Communicate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to maintain project progress and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (EAC/ABET accredited).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) required.
  • 4–10 years of civil engineering and land development experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; WaterCAD/StormCAD/SewerCAD experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of site design, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with clients and team members.

Nice To Haves

  • WaterCAD/StormCAD/SewerCAD experience preferred.
  • Experience with Maryland's Eastern Shore is a plus.
