We are seeking a dedicated legal professional to add to our high-energy legal team in order to serve clients facing stressful legal family matters in Morgantown, West Virginia. You will be supported by our team of attorneys and legal professionals. Experience is not necessary. All we require is compassion and drive. Are you ready to start the next chapter? Compensation- $80,000 - $115,000 yearly, Base compensation, structured incentive, Bonus Plan, and Benefits.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in West Virginia
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and calm in high-pressure situations
- Empathetic and compassionate
- Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in f hearings, mediations, and trials
- Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders
- Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations
- Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys on case strategy
- Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
