A respected litigation boutique in Los Angeles is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 2–6 years of experience to join its team. This is a rare opportunity for associates who want meaningful, hands-on litigation experience early in their careers.
Attorneys at this firm are actively involved in depositions, motion practice, and courtroom proceedings from an early stage, rather than being limited to research or document review.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership
• 2–6 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong experience in: Motion drafting Depositions Case management
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles or San Clemente, CA or willingness to relocate

Nice To Haves

• Employer-side employment litigation experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload, including complex civil litigation and employment defense matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in hearings, motion arguments, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with partners on litigation strategy and client advisory
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
