Kean Miller is seeking an experienced Litigation Defense Attorney in our Baton Rouge office. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of seven (7) years of litigation experience with a primary focus on asbestos litigation, toxic-tort defense, products liability, and industrial operations litigation. Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies and handling all phases of asbestos and exposure-related litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Experience working with corporate clients, insurers, and national coordinating council is essential. Requirements
