As a Civil Land Services Engineer, you'll work with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to high-impact site development projects. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
4-7 years of experience in land services, civil-site engineering design
AutoCAD proficient, Civil 3D a plus
Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software

Responsibilities

Develop and implement health and safety plans, including client-specific documentation (e.g., JSAs)
Perform data analysis and computations using software tools
Create plans, specifications, and reports following Verdantas CAD standards
Support the Project Manager by reviewing team outputs and tracking progress in project management software
Provide technical guidance and evaluate engineering solutions
Collect and interpret data from research, fieldwork, and testing
Draft reports and submit to the Project Manager for review
Prepare cost estimates and coordinate quality assurance
Assemble permit applications and liaise with agencies under PM direction
Contribute to proposal development through site visits, scope definition, and drafting
Participate in client meetings and communicate technical details
