Your Role: Analyze blueprints and specs for civil and concrete scopes Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages Conduct site visits and gather field data Collaborate with PMs, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers Present estimates and support preconstruction strategy What You'll Need: 5+ years of experience in civil/concrete estimating Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Strong analytical and communication skills Proficiency in estimating software and Excel Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines A proactive, detail-oriented mindset Why join our team?
