Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
  • No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework are preferred
  • Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team
  • Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for sewer system rehabilitation projects
  • Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates
  • Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for sewer system optimization
  • Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of sewer and stormwater systems
