Civil Engineering Market Leader-Indiana Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: BS in Civil Engineering PE in the state where work is being performed (Indiana) 10-15 years' experience Knowledge of the Indianapolis market, experience with entitlements and permitting, ability to manage projects and staff Job Duties: Project management including guiding clients through all phases of project delivery (planning, scheduling, estimating, design, finance, and client management) Developing, designing, and peer review of project construction document plans and specifications Regulatory coordination, permitting and attending public agency review evening meetings Supervision of Indianapolis staff-evaluation, training & development, coaching & mentoring Identify business development opportunities and establish client relationships Communicate and coordinate with Principal-in-charge All other duties as assigned
