Our Earth & Environment Team is seeking a Full-Time Civil Engineering Co-op to work out of our Bristol, PA office. This temporary position is seeking individuals currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program through Drexel University. This co-op is anticipated to take place during the Spring and Summer 2026 semesters. The anticipated dates of this co-op are March 30th - September 18th as part of the Drexel Co-op Program. Start dates may be flexible. Your Impact Support a variety of engineering tasks with the goal to develop technical, social, and ethical skills. Learn basic principles of Civil Engineering. Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations and analysis. Support preparation of final design plans, special provisions, and cost estimates. Assist in collecting and maintaining project documentation. Complete training on assigned tasks. Safely perform work, in the office and potentially in the field. Fieldwork may occur in all seasonal weather conditions, using equipment and operating vehicles on behalf of the company. Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. Please note that there is no relocation or housing assistance associated with this internship. Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.
