About The Position

Join our client's growing team in Florida as a Civil or Environmental Engineer (PE). Our client is a privately held firm offering innovative engineering and business consulting services. With a strong reputation for responsive, high-quality work, they focus on water/wastewater, stormwater, reclaimed water, parks and recreation, and land development projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering
6+ years of experience in water/wastewater or stormwater engineering (75% public sector, 25% land development)
Florida PE license (or ability to obtain within 4 months)
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and strong communication skills
No EIT candidates are considered!!!!

Nice To Haves

Experience with AutoCAD 3D, GIS, and modeling/hydraulics is a plus
Prior project management experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee engineering calculations, AutoCAD designs, assessments, plans, specs, permit applications, and reports.
Lead or assist in project management, including schedules, budgets, proposals, and cost evaluations
Collaborate with teams, clients, vendors, and sub-consultants
Conduct pilot studies, outreach, and site visits as needed
Stay current on water/wastewater technologies and regulations
Work on water frameworks, stormwater, reclaimed water, parks & rec, design, permitting, and compliance for public/private projects
