About The Position

Workforce Solutions partners directly with teams looking to hire top talent. We are currently working with an engineering company to find experienced civil engineers to join their team at their Portage office. What's the role? The Civil Engineer is responsible for project contract work for municipal and private industry clients including wastewater, refurbishing projects, lift stations, as well as other private industry designs. This role will provide the opportunity to work at a well-established engineering company with a strong local reputation. With 90 total team members, this role will provide the opportunities and growth of a mid-sized company along with variety in your role as you work with various clients and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 5+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer or Project Manager
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D programs

Nice To Haves

• Experience doing municipal and/or private industry design engineering
• PE (Professional Engineer) certification
