Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline with a strong emphasis on transportation
• An Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is required
• Expectation of obtaining a Professional Engineer (PE) license within 12 months or already possessing a North Dakota PE license
• Relevant experience of 3-6 years in transportation or civil engineering design and consulting is crucial
• Proficiency in design software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and OpenRoads Designer
• Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to analyze and model traffic flow patterns, while developing innovative solutions for infrastructure challenges

Responsibilities
