About The Position

As a Project Manager, you'll take the lead on public works projects that shape local communities, everything from water systems and stormwater management to parks, sidewalks, and stream restoration. You'll serve as a trusted partner to our municipal clients, manage design and construction phases, and mentor talented team members. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE license
  • 10+ years of relevant utility or public infrastructure experience
  • Proven project management and client relationship skills
  • Strong background in stormwater, transportation, and utility design
  • Experience with TESC, grading, water/sewer system design, and site improvements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and project management of municipal water and sewer system improvements
  • Serve as the primary contact and advisor to cities, districts, and public agencies
  • Oversee project teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations
  • Prepare technical reports and communicate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies
  • Help shape community infrastructure throughout Washington and Oregon
