Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited university
EIT required, PE preferred
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred

Responsibilities

Apply your practical engineering experience to solve complex challenges with confidence.
Design potable water and wastewater systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway layouts, and other land development components with accuracy and efficiency.
Take ownership of projects from entitlement through construction.
Coordinate teams, schedules, and resources to keep projects progressing smoothly and predictably.
Navigate multiple permitting processes across various agencies with confidence.
Use local knowledge to streamline approvals on both large scale developments and compact commercial infill sites
Build long term relationships, internally and externally, through clear communication and dependable delivery.
Support business development efforts and contribute to the firm’s steady, sustainable growth.
