About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer capable of handling site and subdivision layout, preparing development plans, and finalizing construction drawings and related documents under the supervision of a Civil Engineer.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil Design.
- Experience in site development and stormwater management.
- At least 2 years of experience in site/subdivision design.
- Graduate of a Technical School in Computer Aided Drafting.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Carlson Civil Design is a plus.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a graduate of a Landscape Architect Program is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design site and subdivision layouts.
- Prepare development plans.
- Create final construction drawings.
- Collaborate with Civil Engineers to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
