About The Position

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Atlanta City Council. Duties include, but are not limited to: ensuring that the council members are kept apprised of City Council activities; scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings; preparing and disseminating routine correspondence, documents and reports; assisting citizens, officials, departmental and other City personnel with various requests; answering the telephone; and greeting visitors.
