As a Citizens Teller, you will be responsible for greeting customers in the branch lobbies and assisting them with various financial needs. This includes demonstrating the use of mobile apps and ATMs for simple transactions. A key part of the role is to create positive customer experiences by identifying their financial goals, offering personalized advice and solutions, and connecting them with Bankers for more advanced services. You will educate customers on Citizens' products and benefits, respond to their questions and concerns, and ensure all financial policies, procedures, cash handling guidelines, and relevant state and local laws and regulations are strictly followed.
