About The Position

The CISCO Call Manager shall support the software-based call-processing system. In-depth knowledge of voice gateways. Expertise in end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) and multicast design and implementation. Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS-based routers (ASR 1000, 3900, 3800, 2800 series). Proficiency with Cisco IOS-based switches (6500, 4500, 3750 series). Strong technical documentation skills. Solid network troubleshooting capabilities and comprehensive understanding of network infrastructure.

Requirements

  • An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
  • At least seven (7) years of recent specialized experience.
  • At least two (2) years experience in a military environment.
  • The following certifications are required: Security+ and CCNP.
  • Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.
  • Associate’s degree in Networking, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience.
