As a CIS Support Specialist in Warsaw, you will: Monitor the CIS phone queue, email, and web chat services to deliver exceptional client service and first-line technical support by assisting with inquiries related to all CIS products and services, including Lake City Bank Digital, Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Credit Cards, and Merchant Services. Educate internal employees about CIS products and services and how they relate to customers. Report identified fraud attempts to the appropriate internal departments and advise customers according to bank resolution procedures.
