About The Position

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a Part-Time/Nightshift Circulating Registered Nurse to join its Operating Room team. This role involves providing high-tech, compassionate care within a dynamic, patient-focused, and fast-paced surgical environment. The hospital offers a wide range of surgical services across multiple specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, neurosurgery, cardiovascular, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, and thoracic (excluding organ transplants). The Circulating RN will collaborate with a diverse surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and take personal responsibility for their role in the department’s success. Requirements

• Active Kentucky RN License
• Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program
• BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire

• Assess patients' physiological responses to surgery and manage care accordingly
• Work closely with the surgical team to ensure the best possible outcomes
