Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in Ohio
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and commitment to a part-time night shift schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Collaborate with STNAs and the care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes
- Help maintain a calm, safe, and restful overnight environment
