Creative is a growth lever here; when content performs, we see it in the numbers, and when it doesn’t, we adjust quickly. Video sits at the center of how Neato wins. This is a concept-to-camera role, equal parts creative strategist and hands-on cinematographer. Your job is to make Neato’s brands impossible to scroll past. You’ll develop the idea, light the set, operate the camera, and carry it through post. The concept and the camera are both yours, every week, in equal measure. You’ll join our Creative Studio in Las Vegas at a key moment. New equipment, a larger space, and a growing team mean there’s real opportunity to shape how content gets made and define what this studio becomes next.
