About The Position

If you think like a strategist, shoot like a cinematographer, and care about content that actually drives revenue, you’ll feel right at home here. Neato is one of the most operator-focused companies in enterprise eCommerce. We buy inventory, become the seller of record on Amazon, and run the entire channel end-to-end for brands doing $20M–$300M+ in revenue. Creative is a growth lever here; when content performs, we see it in the numbers, and when it doesn’t, we adjust quickly. Video sits at the center of how Neato wins. This is a concept-to-camera role, equal parts creative strategist and hands-on cinematographer. Your job is to make Neato’s brands impossible to scroll past. You’ll develop the idea, light the set, operate the camera, and carry it through post. The concept and the camera are both yours, every week, in equal measure. You’ll join our Creative Studio in Las Vegas at a key moment. New equipment, a larger space, and a growing team mean there’s real opportunity to shape how content gets made and define what this studio becomes next.

Requirements

  • Strong cinematography fundamentals across camera, lighting, audio, and grip.
  • Experience producing short-form, conversion-focused content.
  • Proficiency in post-production tools like Premiere and After Effects.
  • Experience editing for platform-specific formats.
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and scale production.
  • Ability to execute independently without heavy oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • eCommerce, Amazon, or CPG experience.
  • TikTok Shop or TikTok Live experience.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate workflows.
  • On-camera presence for UGC or live selling.
  • Experience in performance marketing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end video production for Neato’s brand portfolio.
  • Produce Amazon performance content, including product videos, UGC-style content, and 6, 15, and 30-second spots built to convert.
  • Help build the playbook, create content, and support live selling formats for TikTok Shop and TikTok Live.
  • Operate camera across a range of setups, from solo UGC shoots to larger productions.
  • Build lighting and looks from scratch.
  • Handle editing and post-production, including pacing, captions, and formatting for each platform.
  • Work closely with post-production to scale output.
  • Manage studio gear, coordinate equipment needs, organize footage, and maintain a production-ready environment.
  • Concept new video ideas tied to campaigns and product launches.
  • Shoot in studio, from solo setups to directed productions.
  • Edit and format deliverables for Amazon and TikTok.
  • Review performance data and adjust creative based on results.
  • Stay current on trends, formats, and hooks that drive conversion.
  • Coordinate with contractors when production needs scale.
