Ideal candidate will prepare all drinks for bar customers, cocktail servers and food servers while providing guests with professional, efficient service and quality-made beverages. You will also but not limited to: Promotes and up-sells liquor and food Must be completely familiar with all the different kinds of liquor, recipes and prices of drinks, proper glassware and garnishes Follows guidelines established in regard to age identification for suspected minors and when dealing with an intoxicated customer Must be familiar with cash handling procedures to include proper discounting, Micros system, bank procedures and tip policies Attend required meetings Keep work areas clean and organized Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately Maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions. Maintain a current CA food handlers card and Alcohol Service Certification Any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor
