This role is to be the Owner Project Development Lead (OPDL) during project development, a key member of the Integrated Project Development Team (IPDT) together with the Lead Business Developer (BD) and the Engineering and Construction (E&C) Solution Developer. The role actively steers the development of the project specification, integrating the customer needs and the investing subsidiary requirements as well as corporate requirements and local procedures, regulations or constraints, while developing the owner's cost budget. Upon projects' advancement to execution, the role is responsible for managing the project delivery phase from the formal Takeover from the LBD (Handover 1) to the formal Handover to the Operations Director and project close-out. S/he represents the Owner on all matters related to the project delivery, reporting in that role to the AP/ SBO, and ensures that the RIC project success criteria (including As-Built ROI) are achieved.
