About The Position

Threat Tec is seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst to join our team on the SES contract at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The CI Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating intelligence threats. This position requires a deep understanding of CI principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-stakes environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Political Science).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CI Analyst or in a related intelligence role.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in intelligence analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CI policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of intelligence threats, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement CI strategies to detect and mitigate threats.
• Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other intelligence and law enforcement agencies to share information and coordinate efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging threats, providing timely and actionable intelligence.
• Conduct CI investigations and support operations to protect sensitive equipment and information.
• Stay current with CI best practices, tools, and technologies.
