What we are looking for: A driven and mission-focused Church Portfolio Manager to optimize Prison Fellowship's church mobilization efforts by overseeing key cultivation efforts like moves management, church revenue, data analysis and prospecting to support the work of Church Relationship Managers (CRMs).

Requirements

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience managing diverse portfolios of accounts and working with sales or fundraising teams to create more effective account management
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience and combined coursework
  • Excellent knowledge and highly proficient in Excel and Salesforce; proficient in Word and Outlook.
  • Strong background in account management, development/fundraising, and data analysis; experience in the nonprofit development space preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee key cultivation efforts like moves management, church revenue, data analysis and prospecting to support the work of Church Relationship Managers (CRMs)
  • Work collaboratively to ensure smooth and transparent communication and processes are in place
  • Act as ministry-wide point of contact for new account triage and appropriate upgrades/downgrades as relationships progress
  • Partner with CRMs to develop and implement church account assessments, providing actionable insights on portfolio performance, programmatic opportunities, and fundraising growth strategies
