About The Position
Paradise Valley United Methodist Church (PVUMC) is a dynamic, affirming community of faith with a mission to embody God's Love in Action . With over 1,000 members, two Sunday services, and an expansive weekly ministry program, we seek to grow in faith, compassion, and outreach. Our diverse and welcoming congregation affirms the sacred worth of every person and strives to build a just and loving world. We are currently searching for a highly organized, relationally mature, and spiritually grounded Church Facilities Director of Operations to oversee our financial administration, campus facilities, and front office operations. This pivotal role supports the day-to-day infrastructure that makes PVUMC's life and ministry possible.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in financial administration, facilities coordination, or office management
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise emotional intelligence
- Commitment to teamwork, inclusion, and the mission of PVUMC
Responsibilities
- Coordinating financial systems, payroll, and reporting
- Managing building maintenance and facilities scheduling
- Overseeing office systems, staff communication, and records
- Partnering with volunteers, vendors, and church leadership
- Supporting the mission and ministry of PVUMC with integrity and care
