About The Position

Manage building science and related Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) projects within Chubb Risk Consulting’s client service network, with a primary focus on the Southeast region. Core responsibilities include overseeing asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, indoor air quality, and other environmental and safety projects for internal and external clients across diverse industries. Candidates should have at least 10 years of verifiable experience performing and managing complex asbestos, lead, and mold assessment and remediation projects. Chubb is a world leader in insurance. Requirements

  • at least 10 years of verifiable experience performing and managing complex asbestos, lead, and mold assessment and remediation projects

Responsibilities

  • Oversee budgeting, project planning, scope development, proposal preparation, scheduling, and coordination of projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, interface with analytical laboratories, manage bid solicitation and procurement
  • Track project progress, maintain schedules and budgets, and prepare technical reports and other deliverables in accordance with client and regulatory requirements
  • Manage data, ensure quality control, and handle invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and Key Performance Indicators
  • Oversee quality of work products from internal teams and affiliates, ensuring adherence to account service instructions
  • Manage deliverable schedules and retention in line with Chubb Risk Consulting policies
  • Financial project management: Adhere to approved pricing and budget development, manage project labor and expenses, and ensure compliance with account and internal invoice requirements
  • Compliance: Collaborate with the compliance team to prepare and submit renewal applications for technical licenses and track application progress
  • Technical guidance: Manage building science technical resources (e.g., MS Teams)
  • Process improvement: Participate in ongoing process enhancements
  • Business development: Provide technical consultation and collaborate with Sales and Client Service teams to support new and expanding opportunities
  • Project engagement: Manage projects, approve line items, and conduct client assessments to support team or client needs
  • Professional development: Complete required annual technical training (licenses/certifications) and company-mandated training (policies, etc.)
